Our Board of Directors is entrusted with overseeing the Hawaiian Canoe Club’s activities, ensuring we adhere to our mission, and making key decisions that influence its direction and sustainability. The board holds fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of the canoe club and its stakeholders, including donors, paddlers, and the broader community we serve.

Our coaches are experienced instructors who guide and train athletes in the skills, techniques, and strategies required for competitive paddling. These coaches work with paddlers to improve their paddling abilities, enhance their physical conditioning, and develop an understanding of water safety, navigation, and race tactics.

Staff members work behind the scenes to carry out the day-to-day operations, programs, and initiatives that advance Hawaiian Canoe Club’s mission. They are integral to turning the organization’s vision into reality, providing essential services, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our members and paddling community.
